		<description><![CDATA[I have been asked how the controlled breathing exercises I recommend work so well. They seem suspiciously easy. Well, the changes I recommend, even though lasting just seconds, do return your autonomic nervous system to some balance. It is easy to get out of 'sync'. 

The actions you take are not really 'psychological', they are physiological. Therefore, the change works for most people rather than a lot of people!]]></description>

This site is intended to give easy access to some of that information &#8211; for students and supervisees as well.  On the left you will find the main index and &#8216;client info&#8217; may have a triangle next to it.Pressing that triangle will fly out a much large list of printable handouts. Some will mean little unless they have been discussed in our meetings. </span></div>
